Heartwarming welcome

Very nice stopover in Catalonia, spacious and clean room, breakfast with a good share of local and quality products, homemade jams, etc... Magnificent environment with the mountains in the background.
Warm welcome, which is something to highlight in Catalonia..

Rest one night at Bagà

This rural accomodation is such a charming and pretty ecoresort in the Terradelles quarter of Bagà municipality. The rooms has different plants names and they are soooo comfortable and picturesque. I was with a friend in "menta" room, which is a double decker room. Very well beds, furniture and amenities. As negative just mention that the water temperature on shower was temperate, i wish could be a little bit more hot. Next morning they feed us with a great homemade breakfast...yummy! Perfect for ecolovers and to find peace and tranquility. I'll be back!

Food Heaven

This is a quiet, laid back foodie paradise which will suit you if you are into nature, healthy organic food and being outdoors. It's located just outside Baga and is well placed for people who have their own transport to explore the stunningly beautiful national park.
The owners are kind, open and honest people who work hard to make you feel comfortable. I was pleased to be invited to join an impromptu Tai Chi type class in the garden one day that another guest was hosting.
We planned to have dinner one night, but we ended up eating Dinner here every night because it was so good.
It will not suit everyone, as it is not like a traditional hotel, and it's probably better if you speak a bit of Spanish. I loved it and will stay there again when I am back in the area.

Hidden gem

A unique rural hotel which embraces nature in it's all forms. Wonderful set menu with many of the ingredients fresh from 'la horta'. Beautiful surroundings and gardens accompanied by the sounds of the flowing river. A welcome break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Big expectations, spoiled

Moli del one of about 16caso was accommodations that we had booked on our Europe trip. It was probably the one that we where most looking forward to based on photos and reviews. We got there about 2pm (check-in time) and passed Conxita as we where driving in and she was driving out. Upon arrival at reception there was no-one around , there was a phone number to call but being from Australia we didn't have a cell phone with us. We waited around, and finally Ramon arrived at around 4pm. During the 2 hour wait another couple had arrived but they left after a while (never saw them again). Finally getting to our room , all was OK, room as expected and described. Apparently Conxita and Ramon live next door but there is no way we could see to contact them if anything amiss or needed. During our stay we didn't have any contact with Conxita, she was not at breakfast and maybe that was her speaking to a guest that morning. We checked out and paid Ramon who was clearing up after breakfast. I gave him Euro130 for room and breakfast and asked if that was correct, yes. Later that day after consulting my paperwork I discovered that the room was Euro 70 and breakfast Euro 30, total Euro 100. I had in fact overpaid Euro 30, maybe due to language barriers. I contacted Conxita by email the next day and she agreed to refund the Euro 30. Either by crediting my Bank account or sending funds by mail to me at our last hotel in Milan. This did not happen and despite several emails, which have not been replied to, no refund. Happy with all other aspects of Moli del Caso, just don't think should have to have waited 2 hours to check-in and not happy with being told that a refund of over-payment would be made, and it hasn't...
