Dump. Use only as emergency

We booked this for 2 nights. We couldn't book in till 4pm but reception had gone at 2pm!! Arrived and found my name on a piece of paper, sellotaped on the handrail going up the stairs. I had received several e-mails saying that we were on the ground floor. The notice told me that the room had changed to 1st floor. No lift. We lugged the cases up the stairs to the room. What a shock. A single bed in living room. King size in its own room. Shower looked like it was on its last legs. Sofa stained. Bath stained. Bits underneath the sofa. It was horrible. There was also some wood underneath the sofa cushion, I didn't inspect any further so don't know what it was for. We spoke to the person by phone. I was furious. Didn't understand what she was saying. The cleaner, who was cleaning the room that we were supposed to be in, didn't speak English. I dint speak Spanish. The whole place was severely dated . Not worth the money we paid. We decided to not stay and attempt to find another hotel to stay. It was like a back packers hostel and should gave been priced accordingly. Also no iron to use. Surely, if people were going to be staying for a week, fortunately not us, they would want to use an iron, or is it just me? Fortunately we found somewhere else to stay.
Be warned. If you stay here and it rains, there is no protection and the rain will run under the door and into the living room.
It will just add to the place to make it more of a dump than what it is.

Property needs updating/repairs

Check in/out times incorrect, closed on arrival and when leaving. Most lights didn't work, no plugs for the sinks. Bath had a large repair done with some sort of mastic, bidet had a chunk missing. Sofa, chair and beds very hard. TV only had non- english programs as the set top box couldn't be plugged in due to lack of sockets. Kitchen tap corroded, glass lamp shade missing and one coming adrift. Never again

J’y ai séjourné 3 nuits et l’expérience a été très mauvaise. Les toilettes avaient un problème d’eau jamais réparé malgré mes réclamations. Pas de climatisation avec 43 °C, beaucoup de moustiques, ménage quotidien annoncé mais inexistant. Le four était vieux et inutilisable, le frigo annoncé grand était en réalité petit.
Le seul point positif : la femme de ménage, très gentille et serviable.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
