Fabulous Holiday Was Had At The Villa

Stayed in the villa from the 16th - 30th March 2025 & thoroughly enjoyed it.
The villa is very spacious & well equipped. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery pots & pans. Cleaners came in twice a week to change bedding & towels. The owner lives next door & is there should you need but otherwise leaves you to do your own thing. Despite other comments about the dog barking it was very seldom & only when somebody walked past. Pool was lovely & warm & cleaned regularly. All in all had a wonderful time & would definitely come back again.

Beautiful villa photos definitely do t do it justice & looks nothing like the old photos don’t be put off

We booked through jet2/ solmar villas who I believe are the new owners
This villa is lovely with everything you’d need for a family holiday we were 5 adults & two children .. air con is good
The pool is big enough for a decent play /splash about although I’m 5ft 2 & couldn’t touch the bottom .. we did pay £200 extra for a week to have it heated which we weren’t aware of at the time of booking only realised after reading the small print & you must use the cover to keep the heat in when not in use also there’s a little ramp beside of pool which is slippy.
The villi is huge & was clean on arrival with comfortable beds & a well equipped kitchen the maids who were so friendly came & cleaned on our 3rd day with fresh towels
The barbecue area is great ( you need to buy your own briquettes) it’s
A 10 min walk to the main strip too & there’s a spar shop nearby also

Lovely villa for our family of 4

Booked through Solmar villas. Stayed here for a week as an adult family of 4. Agree with previous review that pictures don't do this villa justice. It is much bigger than it looks. Beds were comfy, all bedrooms air-conditioned which gave a comfortable nights sleep. Living room could do with a fan at least as no air-conditioning so we had to leave the doors shut. The pool was fine to cool off in, not huge but enough for 4 of us. Needed a bit of a clean around the tiles. The kitchen could do with another set of crockery as you'd struggle if there were 8 people. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Taxis in PDC are very good value so we took one to Lidl and back at a total cost of €8 as we didn't need to hire a car. Also worth taking a card for the taxi company as we called a taxi a few times when we wanted to go further down the strip or it was way too hot for the walk. A lovely villa which suited our family of 4.

Perfect Villa to relax

Booked through Solmar Villa Holidays. Our first time for a villa holiday and loved it. The information and communication from Solmar was excellent every detail was covered. The villa was beautiful. Clean, spacious, and well equipped for 8 people. It had every amenity required. A 5-10 minute walk from the main vibrant town, the villa was an oasis of calm in a quiet area which was gated and secure. The heated pool was a bonus with plenty of room outside to sunbathe in private without being overlooked. All in all a perfect, relaxing holiday.

Lovely place to stay

Rented through James Villas, the pictures of this villa do not do it justice.Very large space for 8 people with air con in all bedrooms which this week has been a necessity. Plenty of outside space to spread out and table tennis kept people occupied. The pool is big enough to cool off in and the villa is on a row of other villas which appear to be residential, so felt safe to leave when going out. 10 minute walk to town and good facilities for cooking when you want to stay in. Only downside was outside lights are on a timer and are only on between 2100and 0030 hours. Would happily hire again and cost was very reasonable for a rental of its size and spec.
