Fantastic place.

Wow. What a fantastic place. Great location. Fantastic bar nearby. Amazing rooms and comfy beds. Check in was easy. Centre of town is a few minures walk away. I was with a group of friends and everyone agreed. I will be back as this was fantastic and brring my wife this time.

Siete Llaves Toledo don’t care less once they have your money and they misled with accommodation photos

We requested a quiet room and a superior room with a so called balcony. Apparently all 4 superior rooms face a busy street with a bar and outside seating next door. The room allocated was the nearest to the bar, which on the second night had rowdy patrons and a noisy motorcycle, finally leaving at 2 am. We contacted the same number as all the hotel information came through. Just after 1 am I reported the problem via this number, they apologised that they could not make outgoing calls, but if I wanted to speak to someone to reply “human”. No contact was forthcoming. The following morning about 10 am I finally got message via Booking.com, sort of apologising, but saying that they could not be held responsible for the conduct of the bar. They did not accept that they had located in the room closest to the bar, or that they had any liability for not responding until way after breakfast time. Furthermore, I had rather expected a superior room to offer some seating for two. In the property’s images on Booking.com, the street shots do not show the outside seating of the bar. My picture below was from our window. Furthermore, the Booking.com shots of two chairs and a table apparently on a balcony are misleading, as these are not part of any accommodation but are in a public area. I asked for a 50% refund which was refused point blank, as it was implied that my request for a quiet room at the time of booking was ignored as I was going to pay a premium for a so called superior room. They would rather take more money than advise me how my request might be best met

Cute little hotel, within walking distance of Cathedral

Nice quiet neighborhood, antique house arranged to modern standards. Very central location. Few minutes walk to the cathedral. Room clean with fridge. Bathroom comfortable with dual showerheads. Airconditioned. Host extremely helpful.
You can walk from train station, but I suggest one takes a taxi as it’s steeply uphill.
