HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good, clean, comfortable hotel, perfect service, rooms cleaned every day, very close to the train station and several food businesses... I recommend it 100%. A varied breakfast .....................................

Horror, an experience that I hope to never live in a hotel again.Price for the room 120€ for one night

Horror ,very expensive for the room that was for handicapped with two beds, one for handicapped, removed and with a window in the back with view of all the air conditioning engines. Wall and doors broken.
Bathroom and toilet for the disabled (we are not disabled) in very bad condition , broken toilet board and more...
The only positive and good breakfast was excellent
Restaurant on site and few things to eat

Bad experience.

For how expensive it is they could already improve some details. Do you have a raunchy parking, as there was no room, recommendation of the reception park on the street there, what was the surprise in the morning? He took the tow truck. Fridge, for us it was important as we had a medicine and things to keep. We tell them and "I'm sorry" but they do nothing. Shower Soap Dispenser for... No, you don't! You have to press 70 times for a soap crumb. Breakfast, without more, 14€. Anyway... Patience, pay and herd.

Overall a good stay

Only stayed 3 nights. as part of a coach trip.
As a solo within that group I was given a lovely and large double room with a fridge. Some others had problems with their fridge and air con, but mine was fine. Overlooked the main street but little noise, though I was high up.
Pleasant and helpful staff
Buffet style food was very good, though not a huge amount of choice. Did have complementary wine with dinner and the breakfast included hot food. On our last night we were given a plated 'special' meal consisting of mushroom soup, steak and a few chips. It was fine for me, cooked as I like it, but people all like their steak cooked to different degrees so didn't suit all. Vegetarians were poorly catered for that time. I think they would have been better to stick with the buffet.
It is very central in Torrejon, with easy buses into Madrid and close to the bus and rail stations.

Nice hotel

We were on the 5th family day, and the people who work very friendly all , we had a problem with the air that did not come out hot we spoke with reception and we changed room to one that if it worked, all in a very short time, I recommend it and sure we will return
