Not recommended for families

Modern and clean hotel, little contact with the service although no bad feelings, it was day 1 and January and the mood seemed tired.
To go with family, it is not a good hotel because they classify as family a normal double room. They put two beds where the sideboard is and they embed your sideboard in the window, plus there is a scarce tunnel between building and building and we were placed at the end of the tunnel. In general the room so overwhelms and also inconveniences to be in the most distant room in a hotel half empty. The breakfast just right.
I do not recommend this hotel for families.

Room without A/C
Sheet stained with blood, paid parking, and I forgot a dental appliance in the room; I called as soon as we left but they found nothing, but above all, they looked for nothing.
Furthermore, no A/C, to those who are warned.

The check in was easy (since I used the app they sent) and the staff was super friendly. However we asked and were priced for a room for 3. The room size was smaller than usual with 2 additional beds stuffed in. There was no room to even move around and the place looked like a store room. It was one night, so we endured. The restaurant is very nice with and priced well.

My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, which made things convenient.
That said, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience better. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay.
Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a few added amenities, it could be even more comfortable.
