Very noisy hotel
I don't understand how this hotel can have so many good reviews. We spent 9 nights at the hotel at the beginning of July. Maybe we were unlucky, but this hotel was really noisy, and it is impossible to relax here. Very loud music is played in the restaurants and around the pool from morning until late at night, and there is nowhere on the hotel grounds where you can escape it.
There were many small children in the hotel, and everything seemed to be tailored to them. For example, one evening the entertainment programme consisted of face painting. I don't recommend the hotel for couples without kids or families with older children. The animation team was simply terrible.
The food was good, but there was very little variety, as nearly the same dishes were served every day. The restaurant staff were very unfriendly and did not seem particularly interested in the guests.
The beach next to the hotel is public, so it was overcrowded with local visitors on Saturdays and Sundays.
There is a promenade running alongside the hotel, lined with clubs on both sides. As a result, there are often intoxicated people in the area, which does not make for a particularly pleasant evening walk with children.
We stayed in a Family Room with Garden. The room was nice and clean, but it lacked storage space. The wardrobe contained only a hanging rail and a single shelf, which was not sufficient for a family stay.
The garden itself was pleasant, but almost every morning our swimwear and towels were completely soaked because a hotel employee watered the garden with a hose and sprayed everything in the area. Unfortunately, there was no alternative place to dry swimwear and towels other than the drying rack in the garden, so this became a recurring inconvenience throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. It was the most disappointing hotel experience we have had in many years.

Our go to place for a short break.
This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I would give it a 4.5 if it was an option.
It is our go to place for a few days in the sun.
Lovely location overlooking the sea. Slightly out of the main centre, but easily walkable or if not a very short uber ride.
Grounds are vast. No problem ever getting a sunbed. Drinks are great and strong.
Food for me is the only thing that lets it down slightly. But you can always find something to eat, I never walk away from the restaurant hungry. Might get repetitive if you ate here for more than a few days. My husband thinks the food is great, so it could just be me being fussy.
Love location from airport, transfer time approx 10 mins.
We will be back next year.

5 night family Hoilday
Overall, a lovely hotel.
Positives:
Staff are helpful and friendly.
The location is fantastic, directly opposite the beach.
There's a lovely promenade along the beachfront with several restaurants and bars, making it a great place for a walk at any time of the day or night.
There is a small shop next to the hotel that sells everything you might need.
The hotel reception also has a small gift shop.
Only a 15-minute drive from Málaga Airport.
The hotel is clean and has good facilities.
The all-inclusive food offers plenty of choice, with something for everyone.
The bars serve a wide range of drinks throughout the day.
Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided.
Green cards are exchanged for beach towels. If you wish to replace a beach towel, there is a €2 charge per towel.
Negative:
Unfortunately, from our very first day we noticed that guests were not respecting the designated non-smoking areas. This was a significant concern for us because our daughter has a collapsed left lung, making her particularly vulnerable to cigarette smoke.
What was most disappointing was that no members of staff appeared to ask guests to move to the designated smoking areas. On more than two occasions, I raised this issue with staff, both at reception and at the outdoor bar. Despite this, throughout our stay we continued to experience guests smoking in the non-smoking areas.
The hotel should remember its duty of care to provide genuinely smoke-free areas, particularly when so many families and young children stay here. If you have designated non-smoking areas, they need to be actively enforced. Instead, we found ourselves having to move repeatedly whenever someone nearby decided to light a cigarette.
Our room was located directly outside a cigarette disposal bin, which naturally encouraged guests to stand there while smoking. As a result, we were unable to keep our window open because cigarette smoke would drift straight into our room.
There were also two cigarette disposal bins positioned along the main outdoor walkway leading from reception into the hotel grounds. This is a route used by all guests, including those leaving the restaurant, meaning everyone is forced to walk through groups of smokers. We do not believe it is acceptable for a hotel to expect guests, including children and those with health conditions, to walk through cigarette smoke simply to access the hotel's facilities.
We were extremely disappointed that we raised these concerns during our stay, yet nothing changed. We hope the hotel reviews both the location of the smoking bins and the enforcement of its non-smoking policy so that future guests can enjoy the safe, smoke-free environment that the hotel promises.
