Very good.

Simple room with very clean bathroom. Everything you need. He sleeps great. Any noise. The bar restaurant is just downstairs. The location of the hotel is extremely easy to find. Ten minutes from Úbeda. Gasoline next door. Very good staff. Place to which I would return without a doubt. Out of 10 for the quality/price ratio.

FATAL!!

We had 18 guests staying on a family trip, at 8:00 in the morning we were woken up by noises of drills dragging on the floor above (roof) we didn't know what then, but they were solar panels. We went down to complain and instead of apologizing they told us that it was just a lying drill!!
Despite having complained, the next day again at 8:00 in the morning we were woken up by multiple noises dragging things around. We went down at that moment to complain, they stopped but at 9:00 the drilling started again. Incredible!! When I go down to put in the complaint form and they read this same text, it is the first time they apologize but they do not stop justifying what has happened. I don't recommend it at all!!

The hotel is very good for the price. Small but comfortable rooms, clean bathroom and beds. Good heat. The restaurant was good and inexpensive, the recperionist/waiter was very friendly and informative.
The only issue we had was that the room's floor had obviously not been cleaned and in some places was quite dirty as if food had fallen on the floor and it had dried there creating a dirty crust.

Casablanca

A small guesthouse is ap to the pub, where you can eat meals and drink something. The rooms are clean and tidy. But they are not too damped. Very good location for visiting the surrounding area like Sabiota, Ubeda, Baeza.
