Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area.
We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay.

Very good experience.

A very good quality/price hotel with a perfect location for the visit of Úbeda. Very good staff and the perfect room. They gave us all the information for the local visit.

Fantastic friendly welcoming staff in this very well located hotel, great value for money and a few mins walk from most shops and restaurants.

I expected more from the hotel, a little disappointed

Hotel booked with great expectation and a little disenchanted with the designated room, was not renovated, antique bathroom with bathtub and black remains of mold in screen, the coffee maker did not work well, the TV sideways on wall, you can not see from the bed, few plugs to be able to recharge the mobiles, two beds and only a bedside table on one side to be able to leave things, on the good side, comfortable beds with good bedding, complimentary bottles of water in refrigerator and amenities in bathroom, bathrobes and slippers, breakfast is not buffet as before but displayed on counter with an intermediate quality except the sweet section which is all industrial pastries, good coffee, good location without own parking, enough for a night passing.
