Nice, clean and central
Very well located hotel, nice decor. Room and rest of the enclosure clean and pleasant. The bed more than comfortable. The service was nice and good, they informed us kindly of everything we wanted to know. The car park is also very well located and five minutes walk from the hotel.

VALUE YOURSELVES
The location of the apartments is very central. Friendly staff. The apartment was on the top floor, which was not reached by the elevator, somewhat uncomfortable to take up luggage since the staircase is narrow. Comfortable bed and clean linen and towels but the apartment floor quite dirty. The bathroom a miniature, super small, you couldn't turn around in it, if you went in front you had to get off your ass, no room to move. What I found "very bad" was the whatsApp that the owner put me (when we left the apartment) asking me the favor to score it on booking with a "TEN".
This should not be allowed, this is denounceable and I think that is how we should all do it to prevent these things from happening, so you cannot trust opinions.

Super grateful
We had to go to Úbeda due to a very traumatic situation and they treated us in an exceptional way for which we are very grateful. The apartment was large, spacious, very clean and if you have to do tourism in Úbeda, it was not our case, very well located. We can only say nice things about the establishment and they made us spend these days that were so painful for us in a more bearable way. Thank you.

It doesn't deserve 2*. And it's not worth what it costs
The great bed. The apartment was on the top floor where the elevator does not reach. Everything very dirty. The super small bathroom. With hardly any room to move. The bed is good although somewhat small. The location is good.

The apartments are very modern, they do not have air conditioning throughout the room and that in August is a problem with the heat there, we went for a wedding and they kicked us out early, they tried to charge us 55 euros to stay until 12 in the morning, little courtesy on the part of the accommodation, not to mention the bad location and the lack of nearby parking, I certainly don't recommend it, I won't return, because to stay warm I stay at home, another important thing to keep in mind Keep in mind that they are apartments and if only two people go, they rent the empty rooms (something not very normal) we are not recommended and for much less money you have a hotel in good condition 300 meters away
