A little paradise next to San Vicente de la Barquera, to repeat many times

A little paradise next to San Vicente de la Barquera. A beautiful rural inn, with a fairytale garden, run by a charming couple, Nieves and Miguel, who will give you wonderful advice and provide you with maps of the best routes in the area. Very clean rooms with everything necessary. We will return as soon as possible and with friends. The only pity is that they don't open in winter because we would spend half the winter there. I don't understand some of the comments I have seen because when one goes to a rural inn and with a price-quality ratio that is more than good, one cannot expect to have the breakfast or the facilities of a five *****. Just for the spectacular rural setting, next to San Vicente, and the wonderful treatment from the owners, who make you feel the same or better than at home, in addition to a magnificent price, it is worth knowing.

Very clean and quiet place, to disconnect and rest.
(No sale of ski passes, no barbecue, no bikes, in case anyone reads it in the description of the place)

Recommended for tranquility and balance

This is a beautiful jewel in Estrada, if you want quality, tranquility and tranquillity. The host was friendly, not intrusive and at the same time helpful. An app for translation. Solid, varied and good breakfast. Nice inside and out. Like living on a farm from good days.

Option to consider near San Vicente de la Barquera

Interesting option next to San Vicente de la Barquera (10 min by car) for a reasonable price (70€ in peak summer time). The place is clean and the room includes breakfast.
TV in the room are clearly very small: you can't read the channels info from the bed.
It has Wifi but you only get coverage in the entrance. There is no coverage in the rooms.
As it is typical in this North part of Spain the staff is correct and will answer your questions. However, more smiles and happier faces would be greatly appreciated.

desayuno de pago por 9 euros por cabeza es un despropósito, tortilla del supermercado y embutido del más barato sin preguntar si existen más opciones. Café horrible.
Colchones incómodos, las camas no son de matrimonio, son individuales unidas y cortas. Cortinas de ducha de plástico, presión del agua...mínima.
En mi opinión se confunde rural por cutre
