My first visit to Valencia

Lovely experience hotel nice a clean staff friendly rooftop pool spotlessly clean + Gym for those feeling energetic rooms spacious & clean great value for money stayed on 2nd floor & heard no noise at all apart from Joe Spink snoring location a taxi ride from seafront but plenty activities short walking distance all in all had a fantastic five days

Great time in the hotel

Everything was okay. Comfortable, quiet room, the staff was very professional, the food very tasty and diversity. Clean, stylish and well organized. The hotel is close to Oceanografic. There is a pool at 10'th floor.

The location was central. The room and bathroom were much larger than I expected. I was on the 11th /top floor and had a terrace. The terrace was huge with a great city view. I thought I would use the pool, but the pool area was small and my terrace with a table, 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs felt more spacious. The room furnishings were a little worn, and there were a couple minor maintenance issues, but the staff was helpful.  The included breakfast buffet was plentiful with many options. Front desk staff spoke English and everyone was friendly and politely fumbled with me and my Google translator when they didn't speak English. Housekeeping comes late in the day ( 2ish), which maybe was because I was the top floor. The Wifi was strong. It was a working holiday for me, and I spent a lot of time on my laptop at the table, which had sufficient shade on the fabulous terrace. I stuck my head in the gym, thinking I would use it, but they didn't have light weights (3s and I didn't see 5s) and it was very hot in there. Valencia is an amazing City for walking and biking, so I did not need to use the cardio equipment, which seemed sufficient. Overall great value for the price.

Great hotel. Nice helpful staff.

I really liked this hotel. The staff are great and the breakfast is excellent. The room was good, the beds were comfortable, and the air con worked well. It's not in the centre of Valencia but it's an easy ride on the bus. Likewise the beach is an easy ride on the opposite direction.
The rooftop pool is quite small but that didn't bother me as I wasn't really interested in that. There's a gym, which I also didn't visit. Good value for a 4 star hotel in July with breakfast included.

It's a lie; they do not have handicap rooms and the rooms are bad.

Valencia Center NO. They have no rooms for handicapped individuals; it is a lie. When I made the reservation from Miami, I called to confirm, and they assured me. When I arrived on April 28, I was able to confirm that they do not have rooms for disabled guests. I had to stay there one night in a very dirty room; the bathroom needs urgent repairs. It does not have 3 stars; they lied to me when I booked.
