Worst stay of my life

They sell you a room and put you in a smelly niche of bad death. It is quite a scam, they do not let you see your cabin until you sign the invoice, everything is shared and hygiene leaves much to be desired this all very dirty and abandoned facilities. The front desk doesn't resolve or listen to your complaints and they have a spy watching everything you do. You have no privacy to change your clothes or clean up. Sheets and towels are never changed and the price is the same as a room which makes you confused. Totally unacceptable

Too bad.

Very disappointing experience. At the reception I met an extremely arrogant and rude girl. His rude attitude made me uncomfortable to the point of deciding to go elsewhere, where I did find kindness and respect. I will definitely not return or recommend it.

I was with you as a guest on 30/11/2024 but I had a problem and despite my will I had to be absent on 1/12/2024 and 2/12/2024 leaving my things at the hotel... on my return on 3/12/2024 I returned to collect my things I found a hotel closed for renovation... please I tried to contact you everywhere but there is no news... I would like to ask you please if it is possible to recover my things as soon as possible because without it I can not come home and I am stuck in Spain... being resident in Italy... thank you I wait for your news

I caught scabies in your facility

You can tell in the environment that it is not clean and put air freshener in excess, in our capsule my partner and I found a pill. And this is not the worst, when I came home I started to notice itching and welts and have been diagnosed with escabiosis also known as human scabies. Please don't go.

FOR NOTHING RECOMMENDED, WE HAVE CANCELLED THE RESERVATION AT 1 A.M.

We made the Reservation a month in advance and booked a double room, we phoned that same day to make sure we could arrive around 1 in the morning as we left work late and could not arrive earlier, by phone we were told there was no problem as it was 24h and confirmed the Reservation.
Upon arriving there we were told that they had already rented our capsule from another couple, that they no longer had double capsules left and that they had to assign us separate capsules. We were told that this was because we had not confirmed the Reservation, to which we responded by showing the Reservation and it was not true, then we were told that it was because we were late, when we had called about a month asking if we could arrive at that time.
We stayed on the street at 1 a.m. because of them, A SHAME.
