Yearly visit to Valencia

Fantastic apartment set in the old town, clean, tidy and brilliant location. The room was ideal for 2 with enough facilities for our needs. Highly recommended, I'll be booking again for the 2020 MotoGP. WIFI is spot on and it was a little noisy on the Saturday night but nothing too bad.

Unprofessionalism

We cancel the reservation with a view to a month and a half, gives us the possibility of rehousing and disappear, some unpresentables would never recommend them, unprofessional and leave customers lying

Location IS NOT EVERYTHING!

Small but comfortable apartment for up to 2 adults and with a child you are already tight.
Poor on cleanliness, on our arrival the floors had not been well swept, especially under the bed.
Smells of smoke in the apartment every time you enter.
In the bathroom a very strong smell of pipes / sewer.
In the description I had seen "soundproof" instead it is not so, you can hear all the noises of the other apartments on the floors. Despite the recent room glass on the windows the nightlife is still seeded.
Chrome bathroom basket and rusty toilet brush, mould on tiled shower covers and living room curtain miraculously attached, used sink sponge and with strapped coffee grounds, walls with many black stripes. It is advisable to review the routine maintenance of the lease because the price is important and the location is not sufficient to motivate it.
I concluded by pointing out that the baby's travel cot was completely sunk and we had to adapt.
The cleaning lady came in annoyed two early check outs (with babies splitting the minute is impossible). There are no tools to keep the apartment clean no broom/scoop/mocho.

Net appartement in historische centrum Valencia

Midden in het historische centrum van Valencia in een authentiek straatje tussen alle gezelligheid ligt dit compacte appartementen complexje . Het appartement is netjes en schoon en bij aankomst een correcte ontvangst. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand en iets verderop zit een hele aardige fietsenverhuur waarmee park en strand makkelijk bereikbaar zijn.

Senza lode e senza infamia

Le foto rispecchiano la realtà solo in parte... La. Zona giorno è abbastanza confortevole con climatizzatore, tavolo sedie, divano e angolo cottura. La. Camera da letto è microscopica!!! C'è pochissimo spazio ai lati del letto per salire e scendere, non esiste armadio per vestiti e il materasso è abbastanza duro. Il bagno invece ha una doccia decisamente comoda ma un lavandino molto scomodo dove ogni volta che lo si usa si bagna ovunque. In cucina c'è un piccolo microonde funzionale, un frigor comodo ed un tostapane. Ingresso ha ascensore e un bel balconcino. La posizione abbastanza comoda e centrale per muoversi a piedi. Autobus e metro sono un po' lontani da prendere ma tutto sommato raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. Prossimo soggiorno cercherò però una sistemazione diversa
