Really please with our whole experience. We got a deal for a night free which made the apartment more affordablemoverall fornour stay. It is excellently located - especially for the Easter Semana Santa celebrations, beach and transport with many fabulous amenities on the door step too.
The online check in service prior to arrival was super smooth and the staff were great at responding to any questions. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Valencia as was a little home.away from home!

Definitely not luxury but rather filthy.

The apartment was disgusting. There was hair, dust, grime, dirty windows, stained furniture and filthy bathroom fittings throughout. We wiped a few surfaces ourselves and the tissues came away black.
The curtains were full of dust, one chair was broken, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the entire place felt cheap, worn and badly maintained rather than luxury.
The air conditioning did not cool the apartment, even when set to 17°C, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow before it stopped working completely. The kitchen geyser also made loud rumbling noises.
Overall, the apartment was nowhere near the standard advertised and should have been properly cleaned and maintained before any guests arrived.

Top location with a rooftop terrace.

The location of the apartment is really great. 5-10 minutes to the beach and Marina Beach Club. And a 10-minute drive to the city. The apartments are located directly above a restaurant for breakfast. Next to the apartment is a supermarket. The apartment was clean and really good. The rooftop terrace with a small pool and lounge is cool. Accessible with a code. I would definitely book again. I truly cannot understand the negative comments.

Great location, modern apartment

The location is great; convenient to public transport and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were horrible-way too hard. I wish the kitchen was better equipped- only 2 wine glasses and none for champagne; a box grater but no strainer…..just odd.
