Nice stay, but some dotting on the I will be an even better stay.

We have had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and nice and cool. Pool and surroundings were beautiful.
Breakfast had plenty of choice, I only found the gluten-free bread and its options disappointing. On your website you promote with this but you had 1 type of gluten-free bread and that was ok. But could have been better variety in. In addition, we were sorry that you were not invited to a drink at the bar, which was often unmanned and not very inviting. The last night we really wanted dinner and we had booked because the night before was already full, when it turned out that there was hassle with the cook so we could only order tapas. Unfortunately, it turned out that there were only 3 on the whole menu that were gluten-free, so we still had to look for something else. I thought this was really bad, because they could have said this in the afternoon instead of only at 8.30 pm.

Very nice place but service not up to the level of the place

The place is beautiful, a farmhouse renovated with great taste, very nice rooms (we stayed in a suite), very nice pool. But the service is not up to the level of the place. There is almost no service, what little there is takes little care of the guest, you cannot eat at the pool, which is really a "but" for a hotel where you go to rest and be able to spend the day there. They "solve" it with what they claim is a self-service, but the reality is that they are some coolers where you can grab cans but there are not even any cups. It is a shame that after having built such a beautiful hotel they do not allocate more resources to provide service that matches it. We had a good stay, but because of what was explained, we would choose another place next time.

Muchas gracias por compartir su experiencia y por valorar la belleza de la masía, la suite y la piscina.
Lamentamos que no haya podido disfrutar del servicio de “snacking” del medio día (junto a la piscina) que solemos ofrecer durante el verano, debido a una situación repentina e imprevista por falta de personal.
El concepto de «honesty bar» o bar de autoservicio está disponible durante toda la temporada para que nuestros clientes puedan elegir refrescos y cervezas las 24 horas del día. Es una pena que no encontrara vasos disponibles en este mismo bar a última hora de la noche, y en el futuro nos aseguraremos de reponer el stock de vasos antes de que caiga la noche.
De todos modos, agradecemos sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando y esperamos poder acogerle mejor en otra ocasión. Equipo hotel Mas del sol

A beautiful hotel!

You will find peace just a few kilometers from the coast, in a rural setting.
The staff are very friendly, the hotel has beautiful facilities and a good breakfast.
The place is authentic and the rooms offer all the expected comfort.
An effort could be made on the cleaning. The room was dusty, and the sanitary facilities could have been better cleaned.

Ce qui nous distingue vraiment, c'est le calme et la tranquillité des environs : un peu éloignés des villes pour s'y rendre à pied, mais proches de tout.
