Charming hotel
Charming hotel, the rooms are very nice and the staff are charming and always attentive to any need. The location is ideal to visit on foot all the essentials to see from the border.
Breakfast is complete, that tray has a little everything, the natural orange juice and fresh is great.
There was the option to have breakfast in an outdoor space with views but on our visit rainy and cold, but in summer and sunshine it must be wonderful to start the day like this.

Good rest.
Central hotel very good to rest. Spacious bed and room.
The only one but it's the radiator noise when the bathroom light comes on.
Breakfast enough to fill the stomach, although they take a while to attend..
The best is the pick up in the car with luggage and travel to the hotel, very friendly and good people the boy, the service by the staff is unbeatable

What a lovely contrast to this hotel after a disappointing 3 days in a 5 star hotel !!
I have completed almost 350 reviews on TRIPADVISOR so I think you can feel my review is objective .This is a gem of a hotel. The receptionist ( Maria Luisa ) - note I seldom mention name in my review but she definitely needs mention as she is excellent in her job ,Loved the location ; loved the building ' loved the cleanliness pf the rooms ; loved the price and loved the breakfast with fresh orange juice ; fresh fruit and one of the best coffees I had recently.
I called in advance as any traveller would know that in a small town with narrow streets its best to get directions and they suggested we park our car ( free of chare in municipal car park ) and they would pick us up ( FOC ) and bring us to and from the hotel. Excellent suggestion !
Of course it not a 5 star hotel - its best described as a rural hotel . You may like to read my review of the experience in our previous 5 star hotel the days previous to this visit ! We paid 400% more per night in our 5 star and yet this hotel was significantly better .
Note I have written 350 review in over 100 cities and overall I seldom rate excellent but this rural hotel in lovely VEJER de la Frontera was one of the best worldwide !

Terrible B&B
This is the first time I’ve ever written a bad review and as a small business owner myself, I am really reluctant to. However, I would strongly urge families traveling to this area to avoid this place. We spent about an hour looking for it and we tried calling the place several times but it couldn’t connect (this was due to the electricity being out it turned out). Anyway, we eventually got there and were treated by a lively receptionist who showed us to our family room. The room (they are very pretty) was musty smelling with a bathroom behind very very thin doors (they were made of single pane painted glass) - providing as much privacy as a room divider. None of us got any sleep and the next day the building works directly above us started early. Breakfast is a complete joke in this place (which is ironic for a B&B). There is a slice and a half of half toasted bread allocated per person and if you press them they will bring out some of the 1 euro packet ham for 4 and a slice of cheese each. The family beside us had a gluten free child and were told the only thing they had was a slice of gluten free ham for her breakfast. The front of house very kindly changed our room to two singles for the second night, but there was no aircon in either room so again no sleep. Second day breakfast was worse (apparently the fridge wasn’t working ). There is no WiFi despite advertising that they have high speed WiFi. There was another family who were checking out at the same time and we’re pretty horrified too. The gentleman at reception was exceptionally nice (the staff are great) and was very used to unhappy guests. Looking forward to a good sleep tonight. Btw the room was an eye watering 200 per night.

Dreadful
We booked on line 2 rooms. When we arrived the booking in was brisk, we were given keys and told where the rooms were and had to both carry luggage and find them ourselves. The rooms, a double and very small single were clean but very small and bare. Limited hanging space , poor cheap bedding, and not even any water in the rooms. The small room had only a hanging rail and barely any room around the bed.
We immediately searched for something else and found z lovely hotel 200 metres away which was similar in price but leagues ahead in terms of comfort.
We then checked out seeking a refund and was advised by the receptionist that if they relent she would speak with her boss. We went back an hour later, the rooms were relent and they refused to refund any monies. The attitude was tough luck. Be aware what you see is not what you get
