GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY
The hotel is located within walking distance from the center of Vigo. Fast check ing and pretty attentive staff. Spacious room, clean and with complimentary water both days. Spacious bathroom, although I miss a shower. Breakfast quite good and with quick replenishment, with quality products. To come back.

The hotel is a little worn, but otherwise and easily accessible and clean.
Unfortunately for the hotel the square in front has become sleeping place for many homeless people, so even walking from car at night does not feel compleyely safe. Staff ensured nothing would happen, but had one woman yelling at me and one circling while parking.

Great disappointment for a 4-star hotel
We chose this hotel for the photos, the location by the river and the expectation to enjoy a nice view of the marina. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.
We paid around €179 per night for a family room and were placed in a room whose view was directly to an abandoned building and to an industrial zone associated with Repsol's deposits. Whenever we opened the window, that was the landscape we found. Given the image promoted by the hotel, we feel misled by the expectations created.
Once we verified the situation, we requested room change. The answer was that it would not be possible because that was the only room available with extra bed for our child. I understand that there may be limitations of availability, but what most disappointed me was the lack of interest in looking for any alternative or in showing concern for customer satisfaction.
Another negative point was the breakfast, charged separately for about 10€ per person, including children. Given the amount already paid for the stay, I expected a more balanced offer and a better quality-price ratio.
The hotel may have rooms with nice views, but this was not our experience. I advise prospective guests to confirm in advance the exact location of the room and the type of view that will be assigned to them.
I share photos from the actual view of our room so other travellers can evaluate for themselves.
What marked me most negatively was not just the sight, but the lack of sympathy, empathy and concern in resolving a situation that clearly left the client dissatisfied.

The front desk people a male & female, were great in checking in. But, our Junior suite with terrace was old. There was mold on the ceiling, the chairs in living were dirty. There was no lock on the slide to the terrace. I told the guy in the front desk nothing was done. At least put a lock on it. Not the best.
