If you want a more lively place, it’s not the best place to stay especially as a solo traveller. Bus network not really good and it’s quite a distance from Barcelona main city . Rooftop pool not well maintained.

POOR SERVICE

Good afternoon, my name is Saray. I am writing to you regarding a reservation through Smartbox. I am getting married in August of this year, and in December 2025, I called to inquire and reserve the wedding night at your hotel through Smartbox since you work with them. In this call, and also in another one I made in January, you told me to keep checking the app because you hold rooms for people who redeem the reservation through Smartbox. You told us that you would call us when the dates (in this case, August) opened up for making reservations, and you even noted my boyfriend's number to notify us. After three calls during these months and checking the Smartbox app every day to see if the reservation could be made, I find that all the hotel rooms are booked for a wedding scheduled months ago. How can it be that you told us to be calm because there were available dates and that some rooms were being held for us, in addition to saying you would notify us, and today you tell me no, that you have had the wedding planned for months? This reservation I wanted to make for August 29 was for my wedding night, which you have ruined. Not only will I not recommend you, but both I and my guests will leave you a very bad review. If you do not know how to work with Smartbox, do not offer your hotel through them. You have clearly told me over the phone that it is for economic reasons, as you explained that it is more profitable for you if we book directly through the hotel website rather than through Smartbox. Thank you for ruining my wedding night.

Las reservas gestionadas a través de Smartbox están sujetas a disponibilidad, lo que puede limitar el acceso en periodos de alta ocupación como agosto.

A disappointing experience when we needed help the most

After more than 10 hours of continuous driving we arrived at the hotel at about 6 a.m. with the urgent need to rest before continuing our journey.
We knew it wasn't the usual check-in time, but we hoped that availability would be reviewed or some alternative offered. At no time was it checked for spare rooms. The only answer was that the check-in took place at 3:00 pm.
We proposed to pay for both the current night and the next full night to be able to stay at that time, but this option was also not contemplated.
Experience shows a completely rigid policy and an absence of solutions to exceptional situations.
Hotel correct in appearance, but with a customer service that does not adapt to the real needs of the traveler. We wouldn't choose him again.

Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas a su llegada. Entendemos que, tras un largo viaje, la situación pudo resultar incómoda.
Tal como se le informó en nuestro establecimiento, no disponía de reserva previa y acudió fuera del horario de atención de recepción. En ese momento, el personal de seguridad le atendió y le indicó que no podía gestionar estancias.
El check-in comienza a las 15:00 h y depende de la disponibilidad de las habitaciones, ya que estas deben pasar por los procesos de limpieza y preparación para garantizar la calidad del servicio.
Quedamos a su disposición para cualquier consulta adicional que pueda tener.
