Everything about the room was great. Communication was good, the staff were very friendly, and the standard was good. It was a bit annoying that the AC turned off during the night, but other than that, everything was perfect. (Might be we didnt know how to operate.)

A place to stay.
We stayed for three nights in an apartment and could not have been happier. Everything is new and well cared for. The apartment was very spacious, bright, and had everything we needed. It was a great discovery, and we do not rule out returning soon. If I had to point out a downside, the pool is quite small, but well, nothing we didn't know beforehand. A site of 10.

Very nice but full of ants.
The apartments are very spacious and the experience is very comfortable; the location is spectacular, away from the center but close enough for a short walk.
We enjoyed the pool in June all to ourselves, which was lucky. While it is true that we found things to improve, to begin with, one of the claims advertised on the website is the possibility of early check-in and late check-out, and the reality is that you should not count on that because they do not allow it under the excuse that it is busy. We did not encounter absolutely anyone in the apartments all weekend, not even at the pool, and still, we were not allowed to leave 45 minutes later (we requested it as a favor to coordinate schedules). I believe it would be better if they did not include it on the website as a claim for reservations because it is not true.
The apartments are new and very close to the beach; they appear to be well-maintained, although ours had one issue: the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were absolutely filled with ants and silverfish, which made the stay quite unpleasant because we had to deal with that all weekend.

The refrigerator did not cool properly, the temperatures fluctuated, and the air conditioning turned off by itself. These are perhaps minor details, but considering that the apartments are priced high and are quite new, I believe a minimum level of comfort should be expected, which was diminished by these issues. The parking is great; some spaces are narrow, but it is easily accessible and convenient for reaching the room.

Overall the apartment was very good but they said there was a hot tub but there wasn't which we chose this hotel mainly for the hot tube.
Also the owner came across as rude.

We loved our stay. Our flight was delayed, but thanks to the automated check in process we were able to get into the room very late.
I think the only thing that needs to mention is that the room overlooks to the other building and to be able to enjoy the sea view you have to sit in the specific angle. There was four of us so we been “fighting” for that spot :) The pool is quite small, but it was not busy there.
Overall we really enjoyed the stay.
