Marvelous!!!
Unbeatable!! clean, cozy, super nice and pleasant rooms, quiet, with fantastic beds and pillows, upstairs there is a huge living room with sofas, books... where there is everything you need for breakfast!!! And on top of that the accommodation is adjacent to the Virgen Blanca!! You can not ask for more!!!

Disappointed
I felt cheated, we made a reservation at the house of the arquillos, Since I liked its location and it turned out that we were sent to the Santa Maria studios, surely they would not have rooms, but that they omitted, we called on the phone and asked if we were located over a bar called Toloño and told us that yes, but that nothing. In the apartments we had no Room Cleaning Service in the three nights we stayed. They offer you coffee and infusions for breakfast, the infusions are unwrapped, anyone drinks them, namely since when they are there and who has touched them

A disappointment
Unpresentable. I had my room cancelled two days earlier without warning. DON'T GO. We've been left hanging in the middle of August. I called to find solutions and they told me they were already complete

Deplorable communication and scam
I stayed in this accommodation in August with my partner and had booked the room and a parking space. However, we were there during the city holidays and the reserved parking was not accessible. So I had to pay for another parking during our stay. I asked the contact I had (on What's app) for an explanation. The messages were read but I never got a reply. I sent 5 messages between August 12 and September 27. When I threatened to Review Starter, I finally got an answer. I sent my RIB to be refunded but since then, radio silence. I find it deplorable and really dishonest of the managers.

Too bad the customer's late interest
Despite the central location, the large and bright room, the well-equipped common area always stocked with drinks and snacks, I did not find professionalism in customer management: in this specific case, as I was invited to check-in online due to the lack of supervision in the structure (during normal daytime hours), I reported via WhatsApp that only one of the many power sockets was working and only 5 hours later I received a response and not even a conclusive one. I didn't insist since I was only staying one night.
