The apartment itself was very ok but there was not much soundproofing between the rooms..

Spectacular location.
Unbeatable location, very central... right in the old town! The room had everything one might need, and it was very clean. During the week, there was no noise at night; it is a very quiet area. Probably the weekend is not like that since some nearby bars have live music.

MODERN BUT WITHOUT MAINTENANCE
We have been 4 days and we have a bittersweet taste. The idea of the accommodation is good and although it seems that everything is new there are many things that need maintenance. When we arrived we found the inside doorknob off the hook, the water was coming out through the shower tube, the sanitary tap was broken, the kitchen furniture was out of adjustment and it cost Aprils and even open the fridge, the hairdryer just poured cold air. The room is fair for 4 people, the table is too big and it was difficult to eat all 4 at once because there was just a column stuck. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable but the sofa bed is uncomfortable as the mini mattress that is there sinks and at the minimum movement makes a lot of noise, which makes it difficult to fall asleep. The apartment is not well soundproofed as you hear neighbors and sweepers outside first thing in the morning. We contacted them to get the defects repaired and they only solved the doorknob (as otherwise we could not get out) and the shower tube.

Think it twice before booking this place
Arrival Experience:
Upon arrival, the temperature was a sweltering 34 degrees. Our apartment was on the top floor, and the heat was unbearable. The air conditioning was not functioning because it had just been switched off for the heating season, despite being advertised as available. This could be perceived as a misleading advertisement. I requested a fan, but there was no staff available to assist with this issue, resulting in a very uncomfortable night. Fortunately, the air conditioning started working the next day at 10:00 AM.
Checkout Issues:
After the initial discomfort, the rest of our stay went smoothly until checkout. I had previously arranged for a late checkout until 12:00 PM with Customer Service. However, after having breakfast, we returned at 11:15 AM to find that the access code to the building had been deactivated. I reached out to customer service for assistance but did not receive a response. We eventually managed to get back into the apartment to retrieve our suitcases.
Conclusion:
The apartments themselves are nice and centrally located, but the miscommunication between customer service, the building, and guests significantly detracted from our experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays for others.
