Excellent hotel

Completely new hotel. Close to the sea. Very good facilities. The treatment from all the staff was magnificent, including that of its manager. The Product-O restaurant is excellent, with a chef who lives up to the hotel's category. Without a doubt, we will return.

Good but could be improved

The hotel is new, not even a year old, so the rooms and facilities are practically new, although the staff still needs some experience, as they are not particularly pleasant, except for a few cleaning staff and Esther, the girl who attended to us in the restaurant, who is charming; however, the waiters and some reception staff should be more attentive. The dining area needs significant improvement; the cooks did not know what they were serving or even what they had cooked, which made us doubt whether they were the ones actually cooking. However, the breakfast was acceptable, although very repetitive.

A really nice hotel close to the popular port area of Javea
The hotel is new, within a year of opening. Whole hotel absolutely spotlessly clean. Room and bed very comfortable. Breakfast selection offered wide choice of food and beverages.
All staff that we came into contact with could not have been more helpful.
Outdoor pool well maintained, never crowded when we were there. Quiet shallow, lots of loungers and umbrellas
Thoroughly recommend the hotel on the basis of our stay
