Second Visit
This was our second visit to the lovely Casa El Morro and it was good to be back. We stayed at Christmas last time so the days were short and the evenings chilly. This time we had long days to enjoy the wonderful pool area and all that Lanzarote has to offer. It is unusual to be offered breakfast included in the price when staying in an apartment and what a lovely selection of fresh produce there is available to set you up for the day. We think that this is a very special place, yes it's rustic but the welcome and the setting are amazing. Thank you so much for another memorable stay.

An Oasis
We loved staying here. It was peaceful, discreet and in an ideal location. We were in El Aljibe (105) which was a dream, quiet with its own garden area and a little parking bay at the back. The local village is only a few. minutes drive and it only took us 20 minutes to get here from the airport. The pool is great, with lots of comfortable spaces and my partner was knocked out by how good the massages were. We wanted a particular type of break, somewhere off the beaten track and away from the holiday crowds. El Morro is an idyllic oasis, calm, relaxing and run by extremely friendly people. We loved every minute.

Location, quiet and service.
If you are looking for tranquility, a special space, excellent service, location, ... this is your place in Lanzarote! We have stayed 8 days and loved it, very close to all the iconic places to visit the island! Very complete breakfast and the attention of Laura & company 10 points Gives the feeling, of being in your own holiday home.

Unfavorable opinion
Not a warm welcome. No one to welcome us on Sunday. A simple paper hung at the reception telling us our accommodation. All the infrastructure is dilapidated. Lack of maintenance. We are willing to accept the bohemian spirit but not at this price! Housekeeping only done once a week. No bedside table. Dirty canopy fabrics. Insufficient heating in low season. This establishment may have had its good years but it is now far behind...

Gracias por sus dos estrellas que aunque pocas, siempre nos ayudan a mejorar.
Desde el primer momento supimos que no estaban a gusto y es que aunque tenemos muchas valoraciones buenísimas y muchos huéspedes nos eligen una y otra vez, tenemos que aceptar que nuestra casa no es para todos los gustos.
Lo que menciona como viejo son piezas antiguas y que atesoramos con cariño.
La casa es una antigua casa canaria de 200 años que cuidamos con amor, son muchos los que nos visitan y lo admiran. Sentimos que no fuera su caso.
Tenemos que decir que sí había personal en su llegada, pero lamentablemente llegaron a las 9:30h y no después de las 14h como es nuestra hora del check-in y tuvimos que pedirles que volvieran más tarde, porque la casa no estaba lista, aún no había salido el cliente anterior.
Eso es algo que creemos fue un mal comienzo para su visita a casa el morro.
Sentimos que no hayan disfrutado de su estancia y les agradecemos sus comentarios, también revisaremos con detalle lo que mencionan.

All round lovely place
From being greeted on arrival and for the 4 days we stayed there, we could not fault Casa el Morro.
We stayed in room 102 and loved the decor and layout. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable.
Everywhere was easy to get to from Uga and overall we had great time there and will 100% return to stay here
