We booked 2 rooms with balconies and valley views but were given rooms at the back with views of the car park and only 1 with a balcony. When we complained we were told all rooms with balconies and valley views had been allocated to a large group arriving the next day. We showed reception the Expedia printed confirmation of rooms with balconies and valley views but they did not care.

It's a very convenient hotel if you are passing through. Pepe at front desk was great and very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Genial

I touched an unrenovated room and it was very clean and smelly
the bed the new mattress and pillow eh slept very comfortable, in the restaurant I was treated great breakfast was fine and the spectacular dinner especially the potaje muzzero that has nothing to do with a potaje.
