Excellent

Whenever I go to Zaragoza, this is my hotel; I am very satisfied with everything, from the customer service, they are very nice, and the rooms are impeccable; it will always be my hotel in Zaragoza .

An ok stay

Had a 2 night stay here whilst in Zaragoza with work. The hotel is clean and functional but lacks atmosphere
Rooms are fine with a large bathroom and a good workspace
My main issues with the hotel were twofold
Reception is too slow. They often only had 1 member of staff on the desk. It took me nearly 20 mins to check in and a lengthy period to check out
I didn’t like the fact there is nowhere to get a drink or snack in the hotel other than breakfast. You have to walk into the station and the hotel feels a bit isolated for me as a result. It’s quite a way from the old town but lots of Ubers around to the you in
Overall an ok stay but I wouldn’t rush back

Nonexistent air conditioning

If it is summer, do not consider it. It is hot in the room, even with the air conditioning at maximum. You call the front desk and they cannot do anything. You do not expect this from a hotel that is supposed to have a certain category.
It is a labyrinth, you walk and walk between modules.
They send you an email to do online check-out and of course that does not work either.
I will not return

Serviceable and basic hotel

Look it was super convenient, and checking and check out were fine. Rooms were fine, everything was fine and really basic. Good value but a serviceable hotel not luxurious in any way.

Room was clean; however the TV was not working and there was construction work on site while we stayed, noise from construction workers late at night and no clear signage until two days after our check in, room was a decent size though and clean.
Breakfast offer could be a bit better, very basic. It would have been better if we were compensated for the inconvenience for the works and noise.
