The staff were really helpful and kind. A large group of us had an early start to the airport well before breakfast time and they arranged excellent “to go” breakfast bags of fantastic quality so a huge thank you to them for doing that

Not to come back

I booked the Hotel, indicating that I had to come in at 11:00 in the morning, since I was coming from a rather long trip... When I arrived they told me no, everything and what before I made the reservation they had told me that there was no problem, and the receptionist told me that it was their way of working. Without further explanation. I went up to the room after 12 and it was perfectly noticeable that they had done it halfway, without any care and far above... There was not even enough towels... We were not informed of the breakfast time, or the price of the parking. The next morning, when I left to check out online, it wasn't working. I received an email at 9:00 in the morning in which I was discounted 16 € from the parking, which we had not been notified... I was writing to reception, complaining about the treatment and the condition of the room, and we have not even been answered... I imagine they consider that since they are close to the station of Delicias, they have enough customers, but I recommend to take directly from the Hotel that is in the station, the treatment is much better and the rooms are impeccable. That you don’t even care about answering a claim made directly at this stage speaks volumes, that they care about the opinion and the good stay of the guests in their Hotel. Not to come back
