Central
Centrally located and very comfortable hotel. Located in a quiet area and a few minutes from the city center.
Very nice staff.
The rooms are good size and the beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Parking is free and located in the same building.

Hotel disaster.
We slept two nights. As soon as we saw the room we asked for a change, but no luck.
The room was clean, although they forgot to make the beds. The bathroom left a lot to be desired, you have to do contortionism and be careful not to destroy your face when you undress to sit on the toilet, the inside frame of the door was rotted by the water from the shower. The room was on the ground floor of another building, from which any guest passing by can see you if you have the curtains open. In fact, we saw a naked woman in her room and the curtains are not opaque and are hung poorly. , so the light enters as soon as it dawns. There is also no evacuation plan or location of the fire extinguishers in the rooms. The entrance door to the room has a 2cm clearance through which light and sound enter. There is no type of privacy since you can hear conversations and even wind and belching from the occupants of the adjacent rooms, so they surely heard us too. The hotel is located next to the train tracks, you can hear it every time it passes by. The rest of the defects are aesthetic, flaws in the walls that have been solved with a coat of paint that, on the other hand, has been applied in a hurry since no care has been taken to protect the doors or floor and it is full of drops of paint. They have removed the door that separates the entrance and the room and have left the hinges and the piece where the latch is located. The sink drain has a metal mesh.
For a hotel that reopened 4 months ago, it is surprising that the rooms are in that state and do not ensure the good rest of their guests.

Quality, Comfort and Good Price Outside the Center
My experience at Hotel AZ The Orus Factory was extremely positive. Although it is not in the historic center, it is an excellent accommodation option if you are looking for quality at a good price.
The decision to choose this hotel was based on the excellent quality/price ratio and the convenience of having parking.
Shared facilities, such as the kitchen and living room, add a cozy and practical touch to the stay.
In summary, Hotel AZ The Orus Factory offers a good, beautiful experience at a very reasonable price. I would definitely consider it again on future trips.

It was a pleasant experience
The hotel is in a quiet central location and is a place with a beautiful historical character. On the outside, the rooms are simple but you can tell that they have been recently renovated. The place is very clean, although the score would improve if the perfume of the cleaning products they use were not so intense. .
The staff is friendly and diligent, the price is reasonable, we will return.
