Great welcome from a friendly staff

Upon arrival at the hotel we received a great welcome. We received many tourist tips about the area and where to park in the nearby town.
The village itself was quite small and because the restaurant was closed on Sundays, they had provided a meal for us in the nearby hotel.
The breakfast was simple but the bread and croissants were super fresh and delicious. The only downside was that mid-May is still considered winter and it was therefore quite warm in the room.
definitely worth more than 2 stars.

The hotel is not bad although we found the price was a bit high. Comfortable and clean room, bathroom well.

Surprise region and accommodation

Small, clean and comfortable hotel. Only hits that sometimes take time to attend the reception because they do it from the restaurant, which has a lot of fuss because it is very good. I recommend using any of the breakfast, lunch or dinner options. Great value for money. The staff is very attentive and Pro, particularly a South American girl with great talent for customer service and hospitality. Spectacular.
They need to improve their customer advice on the point of meat. I had an underdone entrecot and it was kind of hard. However certain parts that were left to the point were perfect, which means that is the point of that meat and you have to inform the customer to make your experience more satisfying. That's my advice as an Ember Restaurant Owner.

Lowering quality

I have been going to this restaurant for years and having it as a reference but after the pandemic it has gotten worse in terms of quality of the products. The service is not what it was either. The most notable thing about the other day was the terrible quality of the octopus, the worst I have ever eaten, so bad that we couldn't eat it.
