Very good, but cigarette smoke...

Overall, this is a very good hotel with a nice spa (the pool could be bigger, but it is still good), excellent food, and a perfect location. The only downside, and the reason why I cannot give it 5 stars, is that smoking is allowed in the lobby bar and the restaurant. It is unacceptable to have to smell cigarette or cigar smoke during breakfast or dinner. The hotel has a large outdoor terrace, so smokers could use that area instead

Royal Mountain — below expectations

We stayed one night (18–19 July 2026). Overall the hotel is okay for a short stop, but one issue spoiled the stay.
We booked by phone on the day of arrival and were quoted a price €24 (about 2,800 RSD) lower than what appeared on the bill at checkout. Booking.com had an option for €202, but we chose to book directly so the hotel would avoid the commission. At reception during the check out they first denied that a lower price had been given over the phone. Later one of the staff admitted it, while the other tried to stop her from saying so. When we asked for a manager, we were told there wasn’t one available (apparently on annual leave). So we had to pay 226€. That left a sour taste: we tried to play fair with the hotel, and it didn’t feel reciprocal.
Grounds & pool. The outdoor area is rather small and not particularly well kept; there isn’t much to do. The pool is clean, but quite small.
Rooms. Fairly clean, comfortable beds, and good toiletries — but there was a strange musty smell from the carpet.
Spa & dining. The saunas are a real highlight: spacious, and three options (dry 70°C, dry 90°C, wet 45°C). The restaurant is bright and well-maintained, with solid dinner and breakfast options.
Staff. Mostly pleasant and polite — except for one receptionist (wearing glasses), who was quite abrupt and insisted there was “no problem” with the pricing. That made the checkout discussion unnecessarily tense.
Verdict: Clean enough, good beds, excellent saunas, decent restaurant. But the phone-vs-bill pricing issue and the weak outdoor facilities keep this from a better score. For the money, we’d think twice before returning here.

Luxury and nature

This hotel is all the way in glass,right in the city center of DIVCIBARE mountain.
4stars,features accommodation with bar, restaurant,free parking,fitness center...
Pleasantly furnished and warm atmosphere,you can enjoy from Windows outdoor activities .
There is a local St Pantelejmon church right across the street.
Good traditional food,nice service ,try zakuska for two,and palacinke with chocolate.
You can enjoy near by ski slope,tubing,hiking.and breathtaking view,on the mountain ,and catch some of the best photos to remember.

Great hotel!

Excellent hotel, great service. The rooms are nice, clean, have everything as described on the website. The staff is friendly, always at your service, they do everything to fulfill the wishes of the guests, as far as they are able. Breakfast and dinner fantastic there is something for everybody's taste. The water is not drinkable, but you get a bottle in the room. The pool, sauna, gym are good, small but clean and have everything you need. They are free for hotel guests, the massages are charged extra. You get bathrobes, slippers and spa towels. Parking is available, free of charge for visitors. All recommendations.

Excellent hotel. Special thanks to Sasa Rulic. Guy knows his job. That kind of stuff should be kept and multiples. All stuff is very polite like you are in another dimension. All recommendation. What ever you like they will provide.
