Loved staying here

This guest house is clean and cozy, the staff is supernice. They were here for us whatever our request or question was. :) The centre is relatively close, maybe 15 minutes on foot. I will choose this accommodation again next time I go to Niš.

Not what was expected

Firstly, on arrival, my expedia booking was not honoured, and I had to pay cash (almost twice the price). I was told I had to cancel my expedia booking myself.
There were 2 of us but we only received one key. I was told there was a 24hr reception, but when I cam back the next day the place was deserted and I was locked out of the room. I had to go back to the office to use the (cold) shower there.
The "luxury" bath does not work (as in, the jet tub is broken). There are exposed wires and pipes in the bathroom.
"Contintental breakfast" was a greasy pastry on the second day.
To their credit, they did provide a ham / cheese platter + eggs the first day (at an early time). However, the egg was cold, and I'd specifically requested a lactose free breakfast.
The room is also noisy from the traffic. There was also nobody on reception to discuss these issues with.
Avoid.

stylish hotel

we spent here only one night, but hotel offers everything everything we needed. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned. Receptionist was very sympathetic and arranged for us breakfast. Parking is in front of the house on the street.

Very good B&B

Vivaldi suites is small B&B pension. Fornitured in strange style forniture. But everything is clean and in good condition. There are two nice aquarium in a lobby. Walk distance to city center is 10 -15 min. Anyway owner offer free car transport to city center and back by car. Owner and all staff are very nice people. Friendly and helpfull. Breakfast including very tasty sandwiches juice and coffe or tea. They offer breakfast to the room too. I think is very good value for the money

Would stay there again

The b&b seems to be actually a house converted recently to a hotel since everything is new and well kept.The staff is really helpfull ,the rates unbeatable and the breakfast offered(in the room if you wish) is juice or coffee and one delicious sandwich .
There is no parking space but you can park your car just in front of the hotel.
