Very good new St. Regis, but still room for improvement
We stayed at The St. Regis Belgrade in the Astor Suite and overall had a very good experience.
The hotel is new, with a spacious and pleasant lobby, and is directly connected to the shopping mall. The location in Belgrade Waterfront is convenient, about a 20 min walk to the city centre.
The suite is large and comfortable, with a very good bed. The towels and bathrobes were also excellent, and I particularly like the SACHUJAN shampoo. I first tried this shampoo at a St. Regis several years ago and now I use it at home.
There were a few issues, though. The bathroom tiles and some furniture already showed signs of wear, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel. The minibar was not fully stocked when we arrived, but we contacted the butler and it was fixed within minutes. Some surfaces in the room were also dusty, as if the suite had been unoccupied for some time, but the housekeeping team dealt with this promptly.
The room controls were another weak point. The lighting system did not work properly, and the temperature control in the living room was not functioning, so the butler had to arrange a remote adjustment for us.
Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. The quality and selection of the food, as well as the speed of the service, were below what I would expect from a St. Regis.
On the other hand, our butler was attentive and very helpful throughout the stay, and the hotel team generally responded quickly whenever we raised an issue. The value for money is very good, especially for a luxury hotel of this level.
Overall, I would give it 4/5. It is a very good new luxury hotel, but in my opinion it still needs to improve some details to fully live up to the St. Regis standard.

A soothing stay
The butler service is quick as lightning but unobtrusive. Laundry presented at 10 am was back at 4 pm. The minibar was inviting. The hotel is only a few years old and the room has every whistle and bell you could hope for. Tremendous value for the price. A soothing stay

St. Regis Belgrade - Exceptional Service, Fantastic Location, and Outstanding Value!
We just returned from our stay at the St. Regis Belgrade and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The service was truly outstanding — honestly, even better than what we've experienced in Switzerland. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely warm.The rooms are beautiful, modern, and feel brand new. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Horrendous
O Enid the worst experience in my whole life. The staff was racist and rude. The attempt was always to mislead the guest.
A. The Internet was switched off every night at 23.45 and wound cone back post 6 in the morning;
B. The hand napkins were shredded in the second highest category of suite that we were staying in;
C. The request for water bottles in the room had to be made multiple times before even drinking water was supplied;
D. The door bell in junior suite 712 would not ring and it was not repaired inspitebof repeated reminders;
E. The hot water was not coming regularly in room 712;
F. We had a credit of 600 USD, which at check out was initially not adjusted and we were advised that the same can o may be adjusted against Spa, room service and restaurant.
We were encouraged and sent to the spa. We went and purchased stuff from SPA and on return were told even this would not be adjusted.
The staff member instead of being apologetic for misleading is just kept on laughing with her colleagues and making gin in Serbian language which naturally we could not understand.
The experience was horrific and we would advise that the ASWIN’s should not go and stay at this property because the service is pathetic, staff not o my rude but racist.

Lovely Stay at The St. Regis Belgrade
My wife and I had a lovely stay at The St. Regis Belgrade. We are normally easygoing guests, but this stay truly lived up to the St. Regis standard. The location in Belgrade is excellent, and the overall experience was outstanding. We will definitely be back with our family on our next trip to Belgrade.
