Exceptional! If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price. Thank you so much for being such a perfect host and we will surely choose the same stay again when we come to Belgrade ☀️ ❤️

Room is underwhelming compared to the pictures. The floor was clean but not spotless, there was a cleaning rag on the floor. There is no AC! but i blame that on my expectations, culture shock! The lady in the reception was sweet, accommodating and friendly. Check-in experience can be improved significantly.

Very, very bad, or surviving in a bathhouse at all costs.

Stayed in this hotel with his wife for 4 days, or rather booked for 4 days, and left after 2. Took a BB number, with breakfast.
Let's start with a room, an extremely small room 10m square, maybe smaller. Small bed, two barely fit. Room furnishings leave a lot to be desired, bedside lamp broken, towels scarce, toilet paper and that one roll, no slippers for you.
In August, the weather in Belgrade is very hot, this hotel does NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, you just have hot air, considering the temperature outside +38, it was just hell of a hot, just like in a bath, which I noticed, well as I noticed tried to inform the hotel staff. After an hour of searching, I managed, through an employee of the adjacent cafe, to reach the reception girl, to which she said in surprise, it's hot outside, so that's how the air conditioning works, bear it.
As for reception work, the scheme is simple, there's never anyone there, it's just impossible to find workers there.
As for breakfast, it's not a buffet or a menu breakfast, it's eggs and yogurt, there are no other options, when we asked for coffee, it turned out that COFFEE FOR BREAKFAST FOR MONEY, it's not included in breakfast.
Eventually they moved out of there after 2 days, because sleeping and living in such conditions is simply impossible. Both the hotel and the staff were extremely unhappy. I don't recommend staying here.

Horrible experience

Terrible!!!! Don't come here, this was awful. No ac, Owner lied about everything. The beds were uncomfortable and it was dirty! We left 1 day before because it was not possible to stay there so stay away from this hotel. Reception is never staffed and no one is available.

Pros:
- Breakfast included
- Nice shower with strong water pressure
- Close to Lion tram station
Cons:
- The bed crate is made of metal. It creaks everytime you sleep and turn around. Very annoying.
- No shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/hand soap
- No kettle
- Noisy. When people talk outside, you can hear it very clearly. In the morning, you can hear the cars driving in the Main Street.
- Travel inspector opened my room when I was napping without knocking the door. The receptionist could have knocked the door first and let travel inspector checked?
- No people in the reception all the time
