Amazing place close to nature

If you are looking for a place to spend a relaxing holiday in Anuradhapura which is close to nature yet with quick access to the sacred City, this is the place that you should go to. Amazing place with beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, and good food made our stay memorable. Will definitely visit again to spend more time. We liked the concept of the Villa and the bathroom too.
Few things to improve: We were not provided with toiletries except for soap (luckily we bought our own stuff),. It's better if they could provide those.
Giving an artificial drink as the welcome drink is totally against the theme of the hotel I think; they should consider giving a fruit juice instead.
It's an amazing place with lot of potential for improvement...

"Great morning in the jungled atmosphere"

This hotel is situated in a great location with an unique surrounding. Indeed a very calm and peaceful place to be visited. There was a variety of food prepared, really tasty with an extremely good value. The manager of the hotel is an extremely friendly person and he regaled us throughout the few hours we spent in the hotel. This hotel is honestly an astonishing place to be in with the hushed environment.

Amazing villas nestled in the jungle

This small and peaceful hotel exceed my expectations by far. The tranquility of the jungle surroundings and distance between the villas (only 7 in total) makes it an ideal place to rest after visiting the nearby temples or going on a safari at the nearby national park.
The rooms were clean, spacious and air conditioned, and the bathrooms and shower were outside, making an unique experience, especially when it was raining. The views from both the bedroom and the outdoor patio were breaktaking and we were told elephants can often be seen walking by, although their usual pattern was disturbed due to the heavy rains when I was there, so we didn't see any.
Please be advised that this hotel really is in the jungle, so the usual animals can be seen around the grounds, as well as in the open-are spaces of the rooms, such as squirrels, frogs, mice, birds and elephants. It really is a very unique experience.
The dining room is very large and open-air, and the food was carefully prepared and very tasty.
The staff was very attentive and especially the manager catered to all the needs.
If you are looking for a quiet, remote place to stay - this is your place!
