Spacious and cozy
Good for families and groups. Clean and calm and easy to find. Had a nice and quiet time with my family. I'd like them to have heaters as it gets cold during evenings during Dec season.

The quite morning
neatly maintained garden is the first attraction, entrance and the main area was a bit of congested for me, but the 2 seating areas beside the main entrance offer nice environment for a discussion with a drink :)
rooms were good, and clean,
but the entire setup need some neatness of keeping things and i felt something was missing and the staff may have lost the track over the time
staff was extremely good, they were full time on to the service, friendly kind, you name its there,
food of cause is not the key factor there, its local food with basic recipe and practice. you could be happy with that, anyway its the best available in the area.
overall its a fine place to stay and relax,

Thanks we had a great time
Nice location even though not perfect as expected.
Enough space for playing for kids.
Very quiet not disturbed often even though house is near a road close by.
There were two men looking after the place .
They actually are over worked I feel.
They gave us a delicious meal on demand.
Rooms are not very spacious but kind of ok.
Overall we had a very good time.
Ideal for family holidays.
My advice if you are going there make sure you inquire for exact food menus and the cost beforehand.
This is a nice place and the staff ( those two men) were really nice and caring.

very nice place to stay....
The place is calm and clean, rooms are spacious and equipped. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Both indoor and outdoor are of classic bungalow type with beautiful surrounding which reached us the real feeling of 'Bandarawela'. Surrounded by a tea plantation and beyond with rim of mountains hidden in the clouds delivered a wonderful scenery in the morning.
sstaff was so nice and helpful. food was delicious to us.
we wish to visit there again.
