Quiet and restful stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Giman Free Beach Resort, the atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet, my room was spacious and close to the beach, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Disappointing Stay with Serious Safety Concerns

Our stay at Giman Free Beach Resort was extremely disappointing. The overall condition of the property is poor and does not justify the high price. The rooms were unclean, the TV was not functioning, and the pool was dirty and unusable. Even the access road to the hotel is in very bad condition.
The food was also a letdown overpriced for what was offered, with poor quality and small portions.
Service was equally disappointing. The management was unresponsive, and the staff came across as unfriendly and unprofessional throughout our stay.
A particularly serious concern occurred on our last night when a man fell from the upper floor. The way the staff and management handled the situation was inadequate and alarming, raising significant safety concerns.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are major issues that need urgent improvement.

Not worty for money at all

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the lack of proper customer service was noticeable. The staff were not welcoming or attentive, and it felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at all.
The hotel itself did not feel safe or well-maintained. Certain areas were poorly managed, which made the overall environment uncomfortable. This is something that really needs urgent attention, especially for a place that accommodates both local and international guests.
Another major concern was the food. The prices are extremely high compared to the quality and portion sizes offered. It definitely does not provide value for money, and there are far better options available elsewhere.
What was most disappointing was the way customers are treated. There was a clear lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. The management seems to be ineffective, as these issues appear to be ongoing and unaddressed.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to either locals or foreigners. There is significant room for improvement in service, safety, and overall management before it can be considered worth staying at.

Super location with patio with beach view and close to dip into the ocean. Very pleasant swim with no current to see lots of fish and coral. All staff were amazing: managers, waiters and the superb cook.
