Beautiful property and excellent service

We had the pleasure of spending one night at The Foresta Resort on our trip to Sigiriya. I wanted to write a review to thank Wibuthi for his excellent service during our stay. Our check in was very fast and he had us in our room and he asked us for our supper order and told us to rest in our room and come to the dining room in 30 minutes and our food would be served. The salad was very fresh and the food warm and delicious. The rooms were clean with a nice bathroom and bed. The property is in nature and very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this resort and thanks again to Wibuthi for your kindness and making our experience so great.

Really enjoyable stay at Foresta resort hotel.

Sumet manages the hotel and is a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble, his recommendations on places to visit were spot on he even advised on the weather and which day we should go to lion rock. We both really enjoyed the hospitality and food. Pool is good and well maintained. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from Sigiriya but Tuk Tuks are cheap and always available.

Comfortable stay

Property is beautiful.
The staff is very helpful. They were keen to help and guided us well in exploring the area. They made our stay very comfortable.
The property is only around 20 minutes from the sigiriya rock. So you can plan an early morning visit

Favorite for this Pension , everything was perfect clean , quiet , very kind staff , good food . Beautiful clean pool , pool towels and deckchair . The cuisine is delicious. Recommend excellent value Award only 4 bungalows and a family home we loved

Atmospheric hotel that exceeded all expectations

We vacationed with my husband in September 2023. This hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent! We really enjoyed! This is a very atmospheric place (the photos on the website don’t do it justice). Very stylish hotel, lots of details. The rooms are large, high ceilings, panoramic doors to a private terrace overlooking the Sigiriya Rock. There is wild nature all around (as peacocks came into the jungle nearby). The staff is very friendly! We were treated to a very large and delicious breakfast with lots of fruit!!! The hotel exceeded all expectations!!! Thank you very much to the staff and owner for such a vacation!!!
