A really lovely & welcoming hotel.

Such a lovely hotel. Such a nice ambiance in the grounds and pool, wonderful staff & the pool itself was lovely. It actually had comfortable sun loungers! And real butter available at breakfast, not just margerin!. The deluxe room was very good with a beautful iview of the grounds & pool. Beds a little hard and bathroom tiny but workable. We really recommend this hotel. Especially the wonderful staff. Good job!

Nice hotel

Nice place, the water with the fish loved the kids, pool was nice and big. Otherwise, staff were nice, but not everyone was equally friendly. Breakfast was fine, but not so good that we also wanted dinner there, for dinner we went to other places. Mattresses were old but slept reasonably. Although my son thought it slept well. Lots of tourists, buses full of French and Germans. For us prefer a smaller hotel next time.

Sigiriya stay

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Fresco Water Villa Sigiriya with our family. The rooms are a little dated but clean, comfortable, and functional. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious.
A special thank you to Upeksha and Nikini at the front office, who welcomed us so warmly with refreshing cold wipes and a welcome drink. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Thank you to the entire team for a pleasant and memorable stay!
