A HOTEL in a MILLION!

When I last stayed here, I thought it had the MOST idyllic location. That coupled with the pride the employees took in keeping it shining and the very pleasant bedrooms and tasty food! It is a Hotel in a MILLION

Terrible experience

unforgettable experience in my hospitality experience very arrogant staff and management we are five families with small infant and kids, No air condition unclean room no welcome disrespectful asking for balance payment once arrived
They supposed to arrange lunch buffet for the group of total 19 people they brought us terrible burn fried rice. And they take police support to thread us it's very irresponsible and unbelievable please tourism management of government to take an action.....
, this kind of hotel please avoid local and specially foreigners i don't want my country to down

I would rather not recommend it!

The views are great in any weather, but this is not recommended in terms of the cleanliness of the hotel.
Dirt from the old days, because it doesn't happen overnight, but over time. The furniture is old, but it can be restored and taken care of so that it works. A warning to those with weak nerves and allergies. There may be cocoons of unknown insects on the shelves of your wardrobe, mold in the refrigerator and ants in the bathroom. When staying here, you never know what new species you will bring home in your suitcase. Broken tiles in the pool, so you can injure your body. The pictures on the site are 15-20 years old. The reality of real life is different. Ps. There are no signs or information anywhere that monitor lizards live on the territory.

Faded splendour

the hotel used to be exclusive with a dream view from the garden and a magnificent pool. now it is run down and decrepit. pool unkempt and dilapidated at the edges. reception deficient. staff so thinned that it is almost impossible to get a drink from 2pm to 7:30pm.. room is cleaned only on departure. eat. miserable, therefore every evening restaurant empty. my only help wije, roomboy for 30 years. manager always invisible, son of the owner has only interest in cars and parties, nothing is invested for preservation. very pity!!!

We only came for a drink thank goodness. What a waste of a location. I hope someone buys this and renovates it. Mozzies, filthy tables. I can only guess what the rooms are like. Avoid this place
