Great value rooms.

We only stayed one night here but I wish it had been longer. The owner was an extremely friendly man . The rooms were very clean and spacious and there was a lovely view over Kandy.
When the owner found that we would have to miss breakfast in the morning he immediately took the price of breakfast off of our bill.
The room was already incredibly cheap. Thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay

Great location and lovely rooms

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious with super hot showers. Using the overhead fan at night was ideal for us (there is air conditioning too). Breakfast was very good.
The location feels tranquil and calm after the business of Kandy. Short cut to walk into town or tuk tuk can be easily arranged. The owners are friendly and helpful. Arranged our onward travel to Sigiryia.
We liked it so much we stayed again on our return from Sigiryia!

Good location and good views over Kandy and Kandy Lake

Nice hotel in quiet camp above Kandy. We had a nice room with 3 beds and a small bathroom. The breakfast was great and the view from the balcony of the breakfast room over Kandy and the lake was also really great. Nice team and you walk about 15-20 minutes into town.

Perfect.

Very welcoming Owner while remaining discreet. Cleanliness of the rooms without anything wrong. Only flat a very limited water pressure in the shower.
What’s more, it was an excellent Trip Tip to find us a taxi to Arugam Bay, Sagara, the best driver, extremely quiet, careful and kind, and at the most competitive Award we have had so far!

It's a lovely cozy Inn with basic amenities located on a lovely Area in Kandy, walking distance to the Kandy View Point
warm hospitality by the owners who take care so much of your needs very efficiently and swiftly
Cozy clean rooms with balcony views of the Kandy Lake
Breakfast choice was good with Continental & Sri Lankan and decent quantity well prepared with home taste
