Hidden Gem!!

We loved everything about this place. We had a sea view room with a balcony. You can watch the waves in the ocean from your bed or the random peacock or other colored birds walking leisurely through the extremely well maintained garden. Like the garden everything is so well maintained here and working from the air-condition to the warm water, the wireless (we needed to do some zoom calls and were dependent on it) and spotless cleaned bathroom, bed and room. But certainly the most outstanding feature of this hotel is the hospitality of the manager Gupi and his staff- who he calls ‘his friends’ - which is super telling about the vibe of this place- so naturally we also felt more like coming home rather than being a guest at this place. The infrastructure around this place offers some really good laid back vibes with a variety of food and drinks (including European style Cappuccino and Coffee) without being too touristy.

Best view!

Best view, directly in front of the beach, where you can snorkel with turtles, big and very clean rooms with big balconies, quiet garden to hang out or drink a juice, very nice owner and the best: very delicious Singhalese breakfast: perfect! We will come back definitely.

Choose room with an ocean view

Pretty new and clean hotel, rooms are simple, very nice staff.
Manager Giopi is super kind and helpful he made our stay so comfortable.
One step away from the spot where you can snorkeling with the turtles in the morning and have fun in Doctor’s House in the evening.

Great stay and brilliant location.

We stayed here for a few night new years and had a brilliant stay. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive and especially Giopi he really couldnt have done more. The room was clean and good value for money, right opposite a beach and short was from Mirissa and Matara. They provide a tuk tuk at a very good price too and also a car to our next hotel at a good price, the food was lovely too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

100% recommend

Great spot, highly recommended to all travellers. Right on the beach front, clean, big spacious rooms, new building, staff are amazing and extremely helpful, nice nightlife right beside hotel, what more do you want!
