Waterfall view, everywhere!

Great value for money. Lovely staff, one employee from the reception went above and beyond, to the extent of buying me a tooth brush and tooth paste when I asked if I could have a dental kit.
The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful view of the Ramboda falls. It’s walking distance from hotel. You see and hear the waterfalls when you’re eating in the restaurant, when you’re swimming in the pool and when you’re just walking around the resort.
The only recommendation I have is to do something about the smell of the toilet. Although it was very clean, there was a hint of sewage smell in the bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal.

Hotel to escape

Old room, smell of sewage in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty and holed. The window does not close properly. The fan on makes a huge noise. Room not very soundproof. Spots only work and little light in the bathroom. Work in the corridor.

Poor value for money

The location is stunning, with beautiful natural surroundings and three breathtaking waterfalls. Unfortunately, the poor maintenance of the rooms and overall property takes away from the experience.
The room rates are high, but the quality and service do not justify the price, making it poor value for money. Check-in was delayed by over 45 minutes beyond the standard time, and the front office staff lacked professionalism and efficiency. Most disappointing was the General Manager's unwillingness to listen to genuine customer feedback, leaving an unfriendly and unwelcoming impression.
A place with incredible natural beauty deserves much better management and service.

Great Views

Visited with Inspiring Vacations. Listed as 4 star. You have to be kidding. The floor in the bedroom is all buckled and lifting. I think to get that rating you would have to have airconditioning. None here! The bar was open near the pool, waited five minutes, no barman, then chased one up finally. The staff I originally asked just looked at me blankly.
