Good sleep

Was an excellent room for the price, clean, hot water ,tea, and arranged drivers to world's end and the tea fields. Nice family sent sandwiches with me for the hike and let me keep the room so I could shower and get changed before catching the 12:37 train to Ella.

Great location with amazing value for money

It was great value for money. It is just a five minute walk from the train station. Very beautiful view and a great location.
The manager was very courteous and listened to all our problems and guided us to the best.

Fantastic hospitality

We didn't expect much for £9 a night, but we ended up having the whole hotel to ourselves. The owner was fantastic and helped us with any question and also brought us a fantastic breakfast. Nanu Oya doesn't really get any tourists so expect a bit of 'local' life as you bump into tea pickers walking to and from work outside the hotel. Please can the owner contact me or post a reply with Asok's number as I think I got the incorrect one and tried to message him whilst we were in Sri Lanka. Thank you for letting us film for our channel Parks Travel Guide!

Great stay

Had a lovely stay at the train view. We travelled as a group of 6, and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming they could not have done more for us. The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing. They also do English lessons for the local children and if you are lucky enough to be in for an afternoon and speak English they welcome your help. All in all a great stay, with trips organised for us through the homestay to see Nuwara Eliya. Would recommend
