Very attentive staff

Hotel in the form of comfortable individual bungalow.
Swimming pool of great length in nature

Genarally the surrounding of this resort is undeniably clean and beautiful and also peaceful. staff were polite and fantastic.
particularly the gentlemen who served us Binura and Rukshan were excellent.

Wonderful experience we enjoyed

As we entered the place we felt the serenity and tranquility. Beautiful location overlooking the majestic worlds end mountains. it was a great experience staying for only one day, but feeling to stay more and more days in that homely yet beautiful location.
Add to all that the service we received from the staff was in the highest echelons. Always ready to attend to our needs made it a place far apart from some of other places we have visited.
Our grand daughter was the little one who enticed us to go there as she was so engrossed with the experience she received with her parents and she wanted us too to experience that serene and tranquil experience.

Hotel management could pay more attention to the maintenance in some areas.

Small villas with a unplanned (poor layout design) bathroom.
Beautiful swimming pool (very depth) but there are no life guards, no instruction board, not mark the water level, no shower/tap.
And have not a baby pool also.
Meals were average.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The surroundings are scenic and peaceful, but the resort could have done more to enhance the experience.

Peaceful and serene

A heartfelt thank you to Amila and his amazing team for their warm hospitality and for making our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine care and kindness, which made us feel right at home. The property itself is absolutely stunning beautifully maintained, surrounded by nature, and offering a level of peace and tranquility. This is without a doubt a place we would love to return to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!
