Hidden Hotel.

This is a hidden hotel in a hilly area with tiny road towards it. The rooms are humongous with King Size bed. It has a nice quiet pool. The restaurant is sizeable. We had a tough time to communicate with the staffs as they are new in the industry but after 30mins of discussion, they managed to understand us.
Try the Pol Roti with Sambol & Dhal.

We went to this hotel due to an error in our original booking by Expedia. We needed to find somewhere fast and with the cricket being on, there was very little to choose from due to everywhere already being booked. It wasn't the cleanest of hotels, lots of things needed updating and decorating. Staff found it quite hard to communicate and didn't understand much English. Took 3 says to get a toilet roll! Shower in first room didn't work, so they upgraded us to a better room, the pool is useable, theres quite a few tiles missing but saying that the views from the hotel are spectacular and it's very cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Excellent staff

We have booked the hotel through on called . when we arrive to the hotel, we had a warm welcome with few staff. once we’ve done that room payment we have checked into the room. we have select mountains sky room which it is in third floor. unfortunately hotel elevator was not working. I have to climb the stairs with carrying a three months old baby.
When we arrive to the room . We have a balcony with beautiful view.room wasis clean the material wasgood.food was good . Staff was very friendly.
Overall, good job, few things need to be improved

Nice staff but disappointed experience

The hotel was nice and have a really nice view. The staff is kind and helpful and want the best for their guests. However, our stay wasn´t like expected because the bed was really bad, it was possible to feel the springs and the bed was hard. There were no socket nearby the bed but only 2 sockets in the room which was on the opposite side of the bed and one of them was so high up near the ceiling that we couldn´t reach it. The noise level from the room was really high, you can hear dogs and monkeys outside the windows all the night.
We have booked our stay through booking.com and expected to get free airport transfer because it was highlighted on the website, but when we arrived, we got told by the staff that it wasn´t free and we had to pay if they should arrange the airport transfer. But overall the stay was good because of the really kindly staff

Not Satisfied

We came here for just a one-night stay. The reception staff was friendly, but initially, they gave us a room with no view and a window that couldn’t be opened. Later, another staff member gave us a different room near the pool with a nice view. Our first impression was affected because they gave us a poor room when a nicer one was available. Another issue was cleanliness—the bed linen and pillows were not clean and were covered in stains. We had a continental breakfast, but it wasn’t great. The omelette had no salt at all, and the papaya they served was under-ripe. Additionally, the pool wasn’t cleaned. These areas could definitely be improved.
