Happy Stay at Amaranthe

Lovely resort. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good experience. the rooms are big and spacious. The bathrooms are basic and functional. the best part of the room is the jacuzzi. The view from the rooms is very nice.
the staff is very courteous, helpful and prompt. The spa is also good.
The breakfast collection is not very big, but it is all fresh and delicious, and we appreciated that
the beach is a 5 min walk and there is no gym.

Superb relaxing Trinco hotel

We had a 2 night stay at this modern hotel set in a lovely landscaped environment on the banks of a river. We had a junior suite which was very clean and spacious with a huge comfortable double bed.
All the staff were very friendly and attentive especially the pool attendant The restaurant offered a selection of local and international food which was freshly prepared, breakfast was great. We could have easily spent a few more nights here had time allowed and hope to come back.

Highly recommend

A lovely location on the lagoon. The food was delicious and staff v friendly and helpful. A short walk or tuk tuk to the beach and bars. Well looked after complex. Lovely massage with Pudu. Well tended gardens and well managed pool. Great pool attendant ensuring fresh towels and clean water. Highly recommend.

Perfect time!

Our stay at Amaranthe Bay was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations.
The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible team. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring.
Throughout our stay, they went out of their way to accommodate every request we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was assistance with arrangements, special requests, or simply making sure we were comfortable, the team always responded with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
The level of hospitality we experienced here was outstanding. The staff made us feel not like guests, but like friends. Their kindness, attention to detail, and sincere desire to make our holiday special did not go unnoticed.
Thank you to the entire Amaranthe Bay team for making our time in Trincomalee so memorable. We truly loved every moment of our stay and would happily return again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Experience dining in Amaranthe Bay resort restaurant

I dined at the restaurant at Amaranthe Bay Resort and also enjoyed the breakfast buffet during my stay. The food was fantastic, with a good variety and excellent quality. The hospitality was superb, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
A special mention to Restaurant Manager Karthik, who provided exceptional service. I would also like to thank Naresh, Ranushan, Barath, and Kishanika for their politeness, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Their outstanding service made our experience truly memorable.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Trincomalee
