comfortable, and nice service.

Nice stay overall. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and everything was smooth. Would stay again. A great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Nightmare

The location is very convenient, two minutes to the ocean.
Rooms, very dirty, bed linen in very bad condition. We rested for nine nights, never changed the bed linen, no one did the cleaning.
Breakfasts, they weren't bad, but they were a long time coming.
The staff is a separate story, upon arrival everyone smiled, seemed to be very polite, but in the end all this politeness was ostentatious. The thing is, we had a transfer for 4.30pm, the room was supposed to be freed at 12.00pm, asked for a fee to leave things at the hotels, such a price was slammed, good that the neighbors were good, left things with them.
In fact, I don't recommend this hotel. Very dirty and untended.

Nice room. Comfortable bed and rooms are clean. Staff super friendly and they have indian food also. You must come here when you are in unawatuna

Great value in unawatuna

Nice hotel. We came with friends. Staff are friendly, rooms are comfatable the have every thing in the room. Mini bar, smart tv, tea coffee,toiletry and value for money.

The hotel is medium.

The hotel's not good, for a three. The towels are scary. No cleaning. Even after they put up a sign saying they needed cleaning, they came and just swept the floor. Breakfast is normal. Eggs, toast, fruit and tea/coffee. The location is wonderful. The hostess is very friendly and friendly. But!!! I had a suite with a balcony paid for, and we were moved into a deluxe shared terrace. And we couldn't prove anything to the friendly hostess. The only thing that put me at peace with this situation was that the deluxe room had another bed and a half on it, which was very comfortable for my bad back. But the sediment, as they say, remains.
