Dissatisfied customer

ABSOLUTELY NOT HERE. BED BUGS. We stayed in room 8 for 1 night when we were going to Astrid Lindgren's world with the family for 2 days. We woke up in the middle of the night to bedbugs crawling all over us. Blood in bed after they bit us. No one answered when we called the staff several times during the following day and no one was there. We had to sanitize everything we had with us and the trauma for the children was obviously palpable. The next day was ruined by this. No answer either by phone or email when we try to contact them. See that others have previously been through the same thing, missed to read the reviews before I booked. Don't make the same mistake I did.

They cancelled but don't refund

Booked two nights. They called a few days before our stay to cancel due to bed bugs. Fair enough. But I have yet to receive a refund and they're not replying to e-mails.

Bed bugs

We stayed in room 12. I woke up in the night to bedbugs. There was no one to contact. We saw a lot. They were also in the shared toilet next door. We got a refund and the owner stood for one night in a hotel, but I want to warn others. There's a mildew smell downstairs and one of our kids found a mora knife on the lawn. The playground is in poor condition. The communal kitchen small. Really unfresh, even without the bed bugs.

Rogue

Would have stayed at the hostel with my family on the Autumn break to visit Astrid Lindgrens World. Two days before arrival I got a message that they canceled us due to a broken drain. We would be refunded the full amount of the stay. But have not yet received any money and despite several attempts to contact the accommodation have not received a response from them.
