Super service
Will give thumb up for superb customer service.
Had booked 1 week stay in the cottage with family and dog with us. The same day/week that we checked in, Heimevernet has new staff. There are reports of shooting on the field 24/7 all week, not to mind for us on two legs, but our four-legged friend got panicked and we couldn't check in once.
All money refunded without flex booking and helped us accommodate us at First Camp Luleå. Service to 6 on the dice.

Tight sewer
Get away from the campsite!
For two days, the sewage was running down the street where the eagle resides. The street is full of vacationers and children play and cycle on the road while the sewage runs down the whole street. The staff are absent with information, which is why people walk there and children cycle while the sewage springs.
The stink is awful!
The floor where you empty the toilet was flooded with sewage. They closed this eventually.
Our children were told not to use that street as bacteria are drawn into the car to where we stay.
We couldn’t sit outside to eat because of the stink and sewage that was running, and had to go to the center to eat.
When you contact the staff at the campsite, they are freaky and reluctant. They are also not willing to put in measures, such as washing the street clean. No compensation either. They don't answer emails about this.
The bathroom is horribly dirty, the shower wardrobes are so worn out that you can hardly go there.
It floats with garbage on the garbage stations, and the smell is awful!

Not very good.
Rented a cottage a week, a week in the burden of August. The floor poorly cleaned when we arrived, the closet in the hall where cleaning stuff was and hangers etc smelled like python. The beds are really terribly lousy, my God. The cottages probably need a lot of renovation. Also said that ‘all activities included’ when we booked rise. However, there were no activities. The bath cost money and also closed for the season basically when we arrived. The kids club was closed too.
So I don’t know what activities would be included? ;) The whole campsite could probably use a big boost.

Cozy but some things should be reviewed!
Cozy campsite that has a good selection for the kids! Many playgrounds and own kids club, that's a plus! The toilets might need to be cleaned more often with okay showers. Nice washrooms, also washer and dryer. Extra plus if the dishwasher had worked! Very nice pool area! If you book a stay, you can add the mini golf and get 15% off the regular price. This is where the big error comes in! Sure it sounds good but after seeing the mini golf course that God forgot, you had wished you had spent the money on something else. There is an expression that reads “Let God be your garender” but not in and on the tracks! When we went to pick up the clubs, we are met by a kid who is lying comfortably back in the chair behind the counter. With a monster in one hand and the phone in the other. Once he paid attention to us, we were told that the course is a bit “broken” so it will be half price. Very good if you paid on site and not in advance. No compensation there. The fact that he could not or knew anything was also funny. The cottage that was Summer cottage plus was cozy, but question if the staff really checks that the cottage is reasonably cleaned before the next guest arrives. In conclusion, if you have children, it is a good option!

Had to cancel the stay due to incorrectly assigned tent space.
We were at the campsite from 13 to 17 July with tent, family and dog, and had pre-booked space. Upon check-in we were directed to a tent area, but the next day staff came and told us that we could not stand there anyway – without there being space to move to the designated area. We received no regrets from the campsite itself; it was only when we went to the reception that we were able to talk to someone about the situation.
The consequence was that we had to pack down the entire camp and end our stay several days earlier than planned. We were refunded, but the experience of having to break up an entire campsite in the middle of the holiday, with children and dog involved, was both stressful and disappointing.
In addition, the standard of the service house was poor, and the bath facility had no guards present. Overall, we cannot unfortunately recommend this campsite.
