A gem in the middle of Falun

It was difficult to book through the usual booking services, so we called directly to the Copper Cottage, and they were able to give us a room. Very nice reception both on the phone and on arrival. This B&B has 5 rooms and the whole building and courtyard were really cozy. The room on the second floor was spacious and clean. The house was originally from the 18th century and in our room the fine beams were exposed. We ate the delicious breakfast in the small courtyard this nice July morning. The specially ordered egg was delivered perfectly! The area Elsborg is a wonderfully cozy area a stone's throw from the city center. A short walk in the evening took us to the area with several restaurants and pubs. Kopparstugan is a B&B that is highly recommended for those who want to stay at a really cozy place in Falun.

A great place!!

The copper cottage is perfectly located in the old district of Elsborg in Falun. Close to everything that is in central Falun eg mine, museum and restaurants. Nice and tasteful decor. Lovely room (in our case the apartment) with gorgeous bed. We slept like never before. Great breakfast and a great host. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Can only agree with all other positive comments about Kopparstugans B&B in Falun! Clean and cozy environment within walking distance to Falun city center. Super nice host, and a really good breakfast buffet. We will gladly come back, and will recommend our friends to book accommodation here! Full marks, Andreas!

Very cozy BnB for a good price

You can’t get a much better experience for this price. The location is in a very cozy historical neighborhood, and the house is no exception. The host is very friendly and accommodating and will happily give tips and directions for local activities. The room is completely satisfactory, the breakfast is fresh and tasty.
